Tony has worked in the sporting industry for more than 30 years and has developed the sporting goods divisions of some of the largest sporting goods companies in Australia. With his strong organisational and relationship-building skills, Tony has helped transform Ideal Sources into one of the industry’s leading and fastest growing sporting endeavours.

Tony is always on a quest for the latest trends and travels the world frequently to bring the highest quality and most cutting-edge products to our doorstep. He is responsible for sourcing and developing highly successful product ranges and overseeing all elements of operations, procurement and planning, while implementing the strategy, direction and future of the brands.
